56 year old Caucasian female with a history of breast augmentation and an ATM mutation increasing her risk for breast cancer. She elected for a prophylactic skin sparing mastectomy with a breast reconstruction using a tissue expander technique. She is shown 50 months following her mastectomy, breast implant removal, and immediate tissue expander reconstruction with an acellularized dermal matrix sling, 22 months following her pocket exchange, and 1 month following her 7th fat grafting procedure and skin excision on the left breast reconstruction.
